The meeting will be held at the Dayton VA Center in building 305 in the auditorium at 1400 (2pm). This and all RT meetings are open to the public.
Please join Rolling Thunder Ohio Chapter 11 in our annual American Pride Ride.
The ride will start from the Dayton VA Center in front of the auditorium (same venue where meetings are held) and will end at the Moving Wall in Miamisburg with an after party event at Two Bob’s Inn.
The sign ups will be from 11am to 1pm on Sunday September 28 with bikes out at 1pm.
There will be a special stop at the Moving Wall in Miamisburg as well as festivities at Two Bob’s Inn after the ride with music, food, and prizes
Please join us in our ceremony honoring the forgotten heroes of our country’s conflicts.
In observance of POW/MIA Recognition Day September 19,2008, Rolling Thunder Ohio Chapter 11 will be
holding a ceremony at Library Park in Miamisburg, Ohio at 1800.
We will have speakers as well as a dedication of a monument to honor our country’s POW/MIA’s
A RIDE TO SUPPORT THE BLUE STAR MOTHERS WHICH SUPPORTS OUR TROOPS
The ride will be hosted by Two Bob’s Inn located at the intersection of SR 4 and Miamisburg Soldiers Home Road (5996 Germantown Rd, Miamisburg).
All money raised will be presented to the Dayton area Chapter 3 of the Blue Star Mothers. This is a group that has sons and daughters serving our military that allow us to remain a free nation. The BSM group will use the funds to send comfort packages to our troops. You can learn more about what they do by visiting their web site at www.bluestarmothersdayton.com The BSM’s will have a booth at the event. We hope you can come out and thank the families that have children serving our nation.

This will not be a parade ride and will be non-escorted. There will be no road blocking for everyone’s safety. Make sure you have a route sheet before leaving. Ride responsible, don’t drink and ride.

We will hold our monthly meeting just before the annual bike blessing at 8AM. The stadium is on Edwin C. Moses just past the new UD Arena stadium.
Our chapter will be doing the color gaurd ceremony at this event. We will also have an information booth if you would like more information on what we are about.
